RTP (Return to Player)
Also: Theoretical payout percentage
The percentage of total wagers a game is designed to return to players over a long run.
Expressed as a percentage (e.g., 90–97%). It is a theoretical long-run figure, not a per-session promise, and is set in the game math model.
Hold Percentage
Also: House hold
The share of wagers a venue retains; the complement of RTP at the house level.
Operators tune hold through game selection and win-curve settings within the market's compliant envelope. Not to be confused with RTP, which describes the player-return side of the same math.
Volatility (Variance)

How concentrated a game's payouts are — low volatility pays often in small amounts, high volatility pays rarely in large amounts.
Volatility shapes player experience and cash-flow feel; it is a designed parameter set per market and per cabinet.

CE Marking

A mark confirming a product meets applicable EU directives, including electrical safety and EMC.
Required for the European Economic Area; declared by the manufacturer with retained technical documentation.
UL Certification

A North American safety certification evaluating electrical and fire risk.
Recognized for cabinets and power systems; helps demonstrate recognized safety compliance.
ETL Certification

A North American safety mark tested to the same standards as UL, widely accepted as equivalent.
